As previously communicated on your OptionPay log-in page, effective Thursday, January 15, 2026, OptionPay is transitioning our payment processing platform from our previous processor to our new processor, FINIX.

Thank you to all our merchants that have provided us with the required information to enable their processing to continue uninterrupted. Many of you can disregard the following:

Please fill out our secured on-line form at https://welcome.optionpay.ca/ providing the documentation listed for your respective industry below

For Alberta Registries, please gather the following documents for KYB, KYC and AML compliance:

• Corporate Search for Registry
• Current Void Cheque or Stamped Bank Letter
• Government issued photo ID for any and all principals listed in the corporate search with 25% ownership or more.

Municipalities, Gas Co-Ops, Water Co-Ops, Utility Services

For ease of data entry, select Business Type: Government Agency and Ownership Type: Public and complete the required fields.  Additionally, please upload the following documents:

• Proof of Control Person Signing Authority
• Document showing Business Number/GST Number/Tax ID

• Current Void Cheque or Stamped Bank Letter

PSPS Customers or OptionPay Customers that do not fall within the above groups
